Controls come first
A game has to be fun in grey boxes, before it has any art. If moving around isn't fun, no amount of graphics will fix it.
Anfi Games is an independent game studio from Murcia, Spain. It was founded in 2026, and its first game is Turbo Monkey.
How it started
Anfi Games was born in Murcia in 2026. Alejandro Rivas Carrillo founded it with a simple idea: make games that leave you wanting one more run, and make them well from start to finish.
The first step is Turbo Monkey, a monkey running through a jungle on fire with a lava wave at its heels and a single finger to control it all. With it, the studio is learning the hardest part of the job, which is finishing what you start.
This is only the beginning. We want to grow one game at a time, with games you understand in a second and want to open again the next day.

How we want to work
A game has to be fun in grey boxes, before it has any art. If moving around isn't fun, no amount of graphics will fix it.
We'd rather ship a small, finished game than a huge one that never comes out. Every project has to be able to reach players.
Watching other people play teaches you more than any meeting. We test early and change whatever needs changing.
An Anfi game should be recognisable from a single frame. We'd rather have a strong look that some people dislike than a polished one nobody remembers.
